Job Detail

To lead the sales management function of assigned territory by managing a team of order bookers to achieve assigned targets and KPIs.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of targets and KPIs of each Order Booker in assigned territory
  • Develop and implement field sales plan to ensure optimum sell-out
  • Effectively manage customers to ensure optimum service levels and market hygiene
  • Train and coach team members to build sales management capability
  • Ensure compliance to Company and Principal policies and procedures
  • Ensure optimum credit management in assigned territory
  • Managing stakeholders internally and externally for smooth operations and business growth

Qualification Requirement

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from HEC recognized University

  • 4-5 years relevant FMCG sales management experience in Islamabad/Rawalpindi market as Order Booker/Sales Supervisor/Field Manager role with track record of Sales Targets and KPI achievement.
