To lead the sales management function of assigned territory by managing a team of order bookers to achieve assigned targets and KPIs.
Principal Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of targets and KPIs of each Order Booker in assigned territory
Develop and implement field sales plan to ensure optimum sell-out
Effectively manage customers to ensure optimum service levels and market hygiene
Train and coach team members to build sales management capability
Ensure compliance to Company and Principal policies and procedures
Ensure optimum credit management in assigned territory
Managing stakeholders internally and externally for smooth operations and business growth
Qualification Requirement
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from HEC recognized University
