The application form is available on the NUMS website.
Processing fee of Rs.1500/- for serial # 1-2, for serial # 3 Rs. 1000/– and for serial #4 is Rs. 500/- should deposit at the HBL NUMS account and upload the deposit slip with the online application form.
There is no fee for serial # 5-8.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
